Hey gang,
Here is hint #2. Wall ball - in some way will be involved in the challenge this year. It was only fair to post this as the "targets" have just been made for the challenge and CFS athletes will have seen them (but not used them) before anyone else, so to make it fair you all get a heads up to the new equipment at the same time.
Sorry for the low volume and low quality video - i think you will get the point though.
