Send us your athlete Profiles

The event is nearing and growing in size daily -we are getting excited to host as you should be getting excited to participate.  the workouts are planned and they are going to be sure to please.  We have many of the main crossfit movements planned and many new modalities that we can guarantee you have never tested in a timed event.  We guarantee excitement and the unknown for all athletes.  The workouts are all scalable and measurable and will truly test fitness across broad times and modal domains - we will find the prairies fittest person on September 18, 2010.

To ensure this blog stays exciting and informational we need your help! - We are looking for all participants to submit an athlete profile.  Even if you do not think your times and numbers are something worth displaying to the world, we still want them.  This is a chance for you to brag about the things that you do best inside the gym.  We do not need a full list of everything you have ever done, but a short list of the named girls wod's, max effort lifts, and anything else you would like to make mention of is fair game, also include a bit of history - how long you have been crossfitting for and how you got involved it the sport, if you have competed before, and lastly we need a picture too.  This is not mandatory, but it would be nice - send us a picture of you, preferably crossfitting, but it can be any picture (high school grad pic would be nice too).
