I discovered Crossfit on the internet, emailed Chad about it and I started at Crossfit Saskatoon in May 2009, since I've started there I've lost 50lbs and I'm in the best shape of my life. I ran a 10km in 54:17 this year with basically no training besides Crossfit. I competed in last year's challenge not really knowing what I was getting into and had a blast.
